A Lenten study, an adult confirmation class, an opportunity to explore what our faith and relationship to the church is all about - all or any of the above could be a reason to participate in this study of the Articles of Faith (1925), the Statement of Faith (1940), the New Creed (1966), and the Song of Faith (2006). The study is also a vehicle for members of the congregation to have input into the decision about adding various statements of faith to the Doctrine section of the Basis of Union (our church's constitution) of the United Church of Canada.

Sessions will be held here at St. Andrew's United Church on six Thursday evenings from 7-9 PM from March 1 through April 5. Themes such as the Trinity; the Bible; Spirituality; and the Church will be followed through each of the statements to see where our understandings have changed over time and how they continue to develop.

Please plan to join in this exciting opportunity to prepare for the celebration of Easter and to focus how we think about and live out the purpose of our Christian faith.
